It was an atmosphere of joy and celebration on Wednesday 25th November, at St. Andrews Catholic Church, the venue of the Noiler empowerment program held in Ezi Community, Aniocha LGA of Delta State, as 100 women were empowered with 20 brooded Noiler chickens, a 25kg bag of Amo Byng grower feed and a sachet of multivitamin (Divertamin) each.

The 2000 birds earmarked for this project and targeting rural households was a step in the right direction considering the ravaging effect of Covid-19 outbreak on immediate households and the world’s economy in general. The objectives of Amo Farm sieberer hatchery limited to reach the unreached and particularly the indigent population in rural communities across the country and the continent at large receives the needed boost when Mr Anthony Ifechukwu decided to use The Noiler bird as a tool of empowerment for his people in Ezi.
