The Presidency, through the Federal Government of Nigeria, trained and empowered a total of 2000 beneficiaries in Borno, Gombe, Kaduna (pending), and Sokoto states, as part of the At-Risk Children Programme. The program was held at various locations, including Kashim Ibrahim College of Education in Maiduguri, Borno State, Gombe State Incubation Centre in Gombe State, and ARC-P Temporary office in Sokoto, Sokoto State. Each of the 50 households received 10 brooded Noiler birds, 1 bag of grower feed, and 1 sachet of divertamin. The program has been successful in Borno, Gombe, and Sokoto states, while the program in Kaduna state is still pending.
