In 2018, the British American Tobacco Nigeria Foundation, in partnership with Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Ltd., trained and empowered 1000 rural women in various communities and villages in Ogun State. Each beneficiary received 10 Noiler birds, 1 bag of grower feed, and 1 sachet of divertamin. The impact of this empowerment has been lasting, as many of the beneficiaries are still engaged in the business of rearing Noiler birds for sale and consumption.
