A Noiler Mother Unit is a poultry farmer that is responsible for rearing Noiler Day-Old chicks (DOCs) for sale to Small Holder poultry farmers. Mother units typically run medium to large-scale operations and have the expertise to raise birds from day old stage. Mother units play an important role in the Noiler model as they brood, feed, and vaccinate Noiler Day-Old chicks till they are 5 weeks, at a stage any small holder farmer can handle with minimal care.
